Work

Senior IT System Administrator in renewable energy, with 15+ years across on-prem datacenters and Microsoft's cloud. I run hybrid infrastructure for 1,000+ users and about 150 servers, and I'm the one who gets called when something defies easy answers. I'd rather learn a system than hand it off. Lab

I built the IaC Lab to teach myself Terraform and Ansible, with a HashiCorp Vault module: interactive checklists you follow on your phone while working in the terminal. I'm still working through it myself, and it's up in case anyone else finds it useful.

Homelab

I run a small homelab, an Ubuntu server, a Synology NAS, and two Raspberry Pis, where I try things before I'd trust them at work. What's in it is on the resume.
